Your Questions, Answered.
Canvas Art Sale
-
Yes. Every canvas is an original, handcrafted artwork. Each piece is unique unless explicitly described as part of a series.
-
Our artworks are made with natural materials that naturally evolve over time. Subtle changes in color, texture, and surface character may occur as part of the material’s aging process. These changes are a normal characteristic of natural materials and do not constitute a defect. Product photos represent the artwork at the time of creation.
-
Full payment is due at checkout before an order is processed, released, or delivered. Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and in your order confirmation. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please document the damage immediately with photographs and contact the shipping carrier and your insurance provider to initiate a claim. Once the artwork has been released for wrapping and shipment, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer. Studio Miró is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit, but we’re happy to provide the pre-shipment condition documentation if needed to support your claim.
-
A 7-day viewing period begins on the delivery date. Returns are accepted only if the artwork is:

All shipping and insurance costs for returns are borne by the Buyer. Returns after the 7-day period are not accepted.

Wall Art Installation
-
Each wall artwork is designed and created specifically for the individual property and wall surface. The work is permanently integrated into the space and cannot be transferred to another location. No two works are identical.
-
The overall concept, color palette, and direction are discussed and agreed upon in advance. Minor adjustments during execution are included.
Substantial changes requested after work has begun may incur additional fees and may affect the project timeline. -
Estimated start and completion dates are provided in advance.
Completion times may vary depending on wall conditions, humidity, drying times, site access, and any client-requested changes. -
The Client is responsible for preparing the space prior to installation. This includes:
Providing clear and unobstructed access to the work area
Removing or properly protecting furniture, décor, and valuables
Ensuring the wall surface is structurally sound, dry, and suitable for artistic application
The Artist is not responsible for damage to items that have not been removed or adequately protected, nor for pre-existing wall defects, moisture issues, or structural conditions.
-
No. Variations in texture, tonal shifts, surface movement, and subtle irregularities are inherent to handcrafted, site-specific wall artworks. The materials used — including mineral pigments, plasters, and mixed media — naturally interact with the environment and wall conditions during the creative process.
These organic variations are an integral part of the artwork’s character and aesthetic value and are not considered defects.
-
No. The Artist retains full copyright to the artwork at all times.
Upon completion and full payment, the Client receives the right to display the artwork within the property where it was created. The artwork may not be reproduced, commercially exploited, or replicated without the Artist’s prior written consent.
